Reiki Level I
You learn the basics of Reiki, including hand positions, how to channel energy, and how to use essential oils and stones/crystals to enhance the Reiki experience. You are introduced to the chakra system and receive an attunement to open up your crown and heart chakra to allow the Reiki light to flow through your hands. Reiki I is all about the your personal Reiki experience. You also learn about Holy Fire Reiki! You also learn how to use a pendulum to help guide you in your work. You receive a Reiki journal, Reiki book and a pendulum. Training is available both in person and online. Trainings are scheduled throughout the year but also available for individual or small groups anytime. Reach out to Monica to schedule your own private class!

Reiki Level II
In Reiki Level II you learn the Reiki symbols and a deeper understanding of Reiki energy. You learn how to give Reiki to other people, including distant Reiki. You receive the next level of attunement and learn how to integrate the symbols during a Reiki session. You learn how to work on aura energy and continue to understand how to balance chakras. You also learn about Holy Fire Reiki! You receive a Reiki journal, Reiki book and a pendulum. Training is available both in person and online. Trainings are scheduled throughout the year but also available for individual or small groups anytime. Reach out to Monica to schedule your own private class!

Reiki Master Level
This training is for you if you have completed Level I and Level II Reiki and are ready to learn more about the healing power of Reiki. It is encouraged to wait 6-12 months after Reiki II before starting this training. You learn the master symbol and receive the master attunement. You also learn about Holy Fire Reiki! You are encouraged to read several books and study the material over several weeks or months. The timeline is developed together at the start of the class. As part of the training, it is important to set aside time to practice sessions, including distant Reiki and self-Reiki sessions.
